Midway through the season, the Wizards made a trade for Josh Howard. He had become a star during his time with the Dallas Mavericks.
Injuries have left him out for most of his time as a Wizard. However, Josh Howard has promised to come into next season at full strength. He said that he is willing to become the face of this franchise. While Howard has given his committment to the Wizards, Nick Young is putting his words into action. After it was revealed that the team was giving Arenas a vacation, Young said that he would step in, as needed. In the games in which he is allotted more minutes, the Wizards win. Nick Young was given a lot of playing time and he played big and his team won big. Young scored 29 points and the Wizards posted a 112-94 win over the Warriors.
