After winning his second championship in three years, Reggie Bullock has completed his high school basketball career. Towards the end of last year, Bullock gave his committment to the North Carolina Tar Heels. But, before he could go and play for the Tar Heels, he had unfinished business in high school. That business is finished, but the year is not over. The Tar Heels have had their worst season in a long time and they are ready to put that behind him.

There are plenty of people who feel that Reggie Bullock is the best way for the Heels to put this season behind them. Last season, around this time, they were pushing for the NCAA Tournament title. This season, however, they are pushing for the NIT Tournament title. It is funny just how fast things change. After their sub-par performance this season, the Tar Heels are looking for a hero. There were rumors, as recent as last month, that they had received that hero ahead of schedule.

Roy Williams, the head coach of the Tar Heels, had asked Bullock to come in and suit up for his struggling team. He was serious about doing this and Reggie Bullock was ready to go. But, hoping to avoid violating any rules within the NCAA, Bullock did not suit up. With the only thing left for Reggie Bullock in high school being graduation, his bags are packed and he is ready to do big things. Over the past few years, there has not been a player with this much hype. Especially one coming out of high school. The eastern North Carolina area is overwhelmingly excited about this new product. This is the first time since Jerry Stackhouse that this area has had such a star. To the residents of this area in North Carolina, it does not matter if he plays for Duke or Carolina as long as he sets records.

Only time will determine if Reggie Bullock sets records. But, for the time being, he is simply going off to play college basketball. There is a strong possiblity, though, that Bullock does end up becoming some sort of a legend.
