With expectations high, the Celtics ruined LeBron's party. Ever since then, a rivalry has been in place between the two teams.

On opening night, the Celtics got to the Cavaliers and started them 0-1. But, in the two following meetings, LeBron James provided big games and would not allow his team to lose. In their final matchup of the season, though, there was nothing that James could do. He performed great and he led the game in scoring. Despite his points, the Cavs were down by as many as 22. In the end, though, James was able to pull a rabit out of his hat. Towards the end of the game, James led a rally that almost saw Boston blow a 22-pont lead.
